The CRPG Help Desk officially opened in April 2020 to answer calls from UK Nationals worried about residency rights in Cyprus and what action should be taken prior to the looming end of the transition period.

The remit of CRPG is help people who are deemed at risk with residency applications in Cyprus. Since its inception CRPG has processed many cases, all of which are assigned to Case Workers who are trained in Safe Guarding and Data Protection, and are CRO cleared.

The process is simple – a telephone call to the Help Desk will establish if you fall within the CRPG remit whereby details are taken, advice and information is sent either by email or standard mail. From there a case note is created which is sent to CRPG Operations who assign a Case Worker. The Case Worker makes contact to visit, goes through all documentation and takes copies (that the client has made prior to arrival). CRPG Operations deliver case notes and applications to CRMD, Nicosia for processing, gets receipt for recipient who waits only a few weeks for MEU to be delivered.

! It really is that simple!
